Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been assembled or used, must not show any scratches or signs of wear or assembly, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@lemi-studiodesign.com  Returns must be shipped to the following address: Via San Carlo 8/c, Castel Guelfo di Bologna 40023 BO, Italy, recipient: EMMEPI srl.

If the return is accepted, shipping will be arranged and paid for by the customer. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it. You can contact us at any time at info@lemi-studiodesign.com .

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (for example special orders or personalized items) and products from specific collections with particular materials. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us at info@lemi-studiodesign.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been assembled or used, must not show any scratches or signs of wear or assembly, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns – Outside the European Union
For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns are only accepted in case of items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a product that is not as ordered or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lemi-studiodesign.com, including photos of the issue.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns for reasons other than those stated above are not accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
