Is it possible to customize a product?

Yes. Many LEMI products can be customized in size and color.

When will I receive my order?

Each LEMI product is made after purchase, which is why delivery times include both production times and subsequent shipping times.

The production times for each product and an estimated shipping time are indicated on the respective product page. These may vary depending on the size of the item and its destination, whether in Italy or Europe.

Once production is complete and your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code, allowing you to follow its delivery.
Do you also ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout Europe. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination and the size of the product and are indicated on each product page.
How can I take care of LEMI products?

Care may vary depending on the material and product features. In general, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild detergents, avoiding abrasive or particularly harsh products.

On each product page, you will find a section dedicated to care and maintenance, with specific instructions to best preserve it over time.
What is the return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused and unassembled, free from scratches or signs of wear, and kept in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom-made or personalized products and certain specific items cannot be returned.

Once the product has been received and inspected, if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
